i quit as a indep contractor for that exchng progrm today. why? they were doing something, imo, that is VERY unethical at best, and at worst, is or SHOULD be illegal. i discovered it this AM. i’m done.

i sent the book to online crush. i don’t know why. but i was done with it i guess. anyway…

i responded to an email about a poetry submission i made LAST AUGUST. apparently, they are just getting around to it now. they want to publish one poem. fine, i responded, i look forward to it.

that’s all. tooth aching. exhausted and stressed over worrying that now that stupid greedy org will try to sue me for breach of contract. i am sure a judge would be MORE than interested in what crappy things they are (not) doing.

well, it seems i may have some more host fams. i asked some te–chers at work and THREE of them are seriously considering it. another seemed somewhat interested, but i’ll have to work on her probably. i keep asking JUST HOW MANY students i’ll have, but have not recieved an answer. uhm. hello? it would be nice to know exactly what’s going on. i hope this all works out well…

now that my eye is healed, and looks perfect, incidentally, i now have a cracked tooth. i’ve never even had a cavity in my life. what’s next? never mind. i don’t want anything else.

lots of crap with kids this week. fight in the libr yesterday and today it was a ZOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

lonely. it was a nice weekend, but somehow at the end, i just feel sad and alone…i’m tired i guess of being alone all the time…

i got the camera. excited, but haven’t had much time to play with it yet. working tirelessly on finding host fams for the 2nd job i took on.

camera is a good thing. psyched.

that i may be getting a new camera? one of my friends found one on craigslist. it will take my old lenses (of which i have three) from my manual film SLR (which broke last summer and is at least 25 years old). as you know, i’ve been wanting, but not really being able to justify purchasing, a new digital SLR (none under $500). it means i could take photos like i used to do.

they are asking $200 for it. i’ll go see it tomorrow. we shall see…
